Violation of any of the following rules will lead to a warning message. Any following violations will cause your warning level to be raised.
Should your warning bar ever reach 100%, you will be suspended for a month. When your suspension is up, your warning level will be reset, but a note will be filed on your account. If your warning bar reaches 100% ever again, you will be permanently banned.
i. Be a decent human being. No name calling, put downs, ganging up, making fun of or swearing at, trolling, baiting, bashing or passive aggressiveness; just because you aren't using capital letters, exclamation marks and angry emojis doesn't mean you're not being rude.
ii. Don't swear excessively, especially in an offensive or sexual context.
iii. Don't post useless spaces, bumps, meaningless words/numbers/symbols/emoticons or otherwise irrelevant posts. That's spam and if you do it twice, it's called your warning level being raised by 5%. In this case, not reading the rules is no excuse. It's just common sense.
iv. Don't impersonate other people.
v. Don't plagiarise or steal other people's work, or use it without crediting them.
vi. The pack order is administrators, global moderators, moderators/leaders, deputies, medicine cats, permanent queens, then medicine cat apprentices. Moderators and leaders in their allocated boards can only be overruled by global mods and admins, or other moderators of the same board.
vii. Don't make a new account to bypass a warning, suspension, or ban.
viii. Advertise in Advertisements. Not in your signature, not through PM (unless, of course, they asked for the link), or anywhere else. Websites that aren't Warriors-themed or hosted by Proboards can be posted in General Discussion.
ix. Don't give out personal info. You can share your first name, your gender, your age and your state/territory/province/region. What you can't share is your city, your address, your phone number, or your last name.
The staff reserve the right to raise the warning level of, suspend or ban a member without notice for the purpose of making Cloudless a fun, safe environment for everybody else.
