:: Appearance ::
Crowpaw is a skinny, slender tom of medium size. He looks more built for speed, and sometimes
that if you even so much as threw a rock at him, he'd come apart like a house of cards in a breeze.
This is not the case. As typical of Rockclan cats, he is surprisingly strong. Strength is not his greatest
trait, however he has more than you'd expect. His fur is medium in length, and appears surprisingly sleek
and shiny even while ruffled. He was named for his fur color, which is a solid black. Though, as he grew
older and his fur has strayed from the kitten texture, it seems that his fur even looks like crow feathers
sometimes from a distance. His eyes are a soft and unremarkable brown.

Crowpaw often times wears a polite and smooth smile, and is surprisingly in control of himself
for someone so young. He does his best to cooperate with just about anyone, speaking smoothly
and being as nonthreatening and unoffensive as he can. He is incredibly diplomatic this way, and
dislikes conflict because he believes it's generally unnecessary.
He is fond of quiet, and enjoys quiet walks to clear his head. He favors a clear head to view situations
calmly as an approach to problem solving than anything else. He finds emotionally-charged mistakes
rather distasteful, though he would never voice such a thought out loud.
Despite his neutral disposition, he is stalwartly loyal to Rockclan and he has never even considered
desertion and never will, no matter how difficult clan life gets. He considers the very thought of doubting
Rockclan treasonous, and believes decisions should always consider the clan and how it might affect

Crowkit was born as the only kit of his litter. His father wasn't in the picture, having deserted
Rockclan not long after his birth, and even before that, his parents had only begun seeing each other
intimately a quarter moon before Crowkit's conception. So, Crowkit never had a father or siblings, and
his mother was hardly the kind of mother any kit would wish for.
His mother had been hoping for a she-kit. Seeing as Crowkit was a tom, he was already disappointing
his mother with absolute ease. Crowkit didn't understand then, and he never would understand his mother
and her thoughts and opinions. Despite his status as his mother's disappointment, she tried to shape his
personality and values anyways. Though, given her rapid mood swings and tendency to shriek, Crowkit's
personality more shaped around her, rather than because of her. Crowkit unfortunately was forced to learn
to try and read his mother's moods, and learn how to be an unoffensive as possible. She managed to get
upset anyways, despite Crowkit's best efforts. He did his best to spend time away from her, but that was
a challenge stuck in the nursery caught under her watchful eyes.
When the day began approaching for his apprenticeship ceremony, Crowkit was about to cry out of
relief. He'd be able to better avoid mother dearest as an apprentice.
